Dhananjay (DJ) Ghildyal is an associate in our Emerging and High Growth Companies group. DJ’s practice focuses on emerging companies, venture capital, corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and commercial matters.

DJ completed the JD/MBA joint program at Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business. While in school, he was selected to participate in the Schulich Global Leadership Program where he worked with a leading, Nasdaq-listed, Israeli corporation to develop a market expansion strategy.

He joined the firm as a summer student in 2019 and completed his articles with the firm in 2021. Prior to law school, DJ worked for an engineering consulting firm where he specialized in designing cutting-edge electronic security systems and network systems for complex commercial projects.
