Disha received her Master of Laws from Queen Mary University of London and a Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Laws from Symbiosis International University Pune.
She previously worked as Paralegal in Osler’s Corporate department, supporting the firm’s Investment Funds and Asset Management practice group. Disha assisted with securities-related transactions, preparing applications, and obtaining regulatory exemptions for registered and exempt firms. She was also actively involved with The Blockchain Hub as a research volunteer for the Blockchain Research Task Force.
During her time at law school, Disha volunteered at an after-school center run by the Akanksha Foundation for underserved children in India. She completed various legal internships where she assisted senior attorneys in research, case preparations and client consultations.
