Eric maintains an emerging practice in tax law with a particular focus in tax controversy and litigation.
Eric joined Osler as a summer student in 2016 and completed his articles with the firm in 2017-2018. During this time, he completed rotations in the firm’s tax, litigation, corporate, competition, and construction groups and was seconded to the firm’s New York office.
Eric is a graduate of the joint civil and common law program at McGill University. While in law school, he was actively involved with McGill’s student-run legal clinic, serving as a Director. Eric also participated in the Gale Cup Moot where he was a member of the first place team overall and was awarded a prize for his factum. Additionally, he completed a semester on exchange at Sciences Po in Paris.
Prior to law school, Eric completed a Bachelor of Arts at McGill with First Class Honours in Anthropology and Economics where he graduated on the Dean’s Honour List.
