Ethan’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, and general corporate matters.

Ethan completed his undergraduate degree in Finance at Western University – where he tutored mathematics and economics – and his JD/MBA at the University of Windsor. While at Windsor, Ethan was a teaching assistant at both the Faculty of Law and Business School.

Prior to joining Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, Ethan worked at an international corporate law firm. He also worked as a financial analyst at a major Canadian financial institution.
