Frédéric’s practice focuses on litigation, more particularly securities litigation, penal, competition, public and administrative law and employment and labour law. Frédéric is also acting for public issuers and market participants in connection with regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings. Frédéric has appeared before every level of Court in Canada.
Prior to joining the ﬁrm, Frédéric has completed the civil law program of the University of Sherbrooke. During his law studies, he participated to a mock appeal civil trial and to the Laskin Moot Court Competition. Frédéric has also been assistant to Justice Paul Dunnigan of the Court of Québec of Sherbrooke.
