Haben is entering his second year of the JD/MBA program at Osgoode Hall Law School and will be completing rotations in Competition & Foreign Investment and Insolvency & Restructuring practice groups. While at Osgoode, Haben is active with a number of student-run organizations including BLSA Canada, where he serves as National Sponsorship Director and the Osgoode Venture Capital Law Society, where he is Co-Director of Events. He has previously served as 1L Representative for Osgoode’s Privacy Law Society.
Prior to law school, he served on the Senate Appeals Committee for Toronto Metropolitan University, where he reviewed active cases of academic and non-academic misconduct alongside faculty members. Haben’s legal interests range from venture financing to competition and class action litigation.
