Hind is an Associate in the Corporate Group of our Calgary Office. Hind received both her Doctor of Law and Master of Arts from the University of New Brunswick. Her practice focuses on corporate finance, securities and corporate law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, corporate finance, environmental, social and corporate governance and continuous disclosure compliance. Prior to joining Osler, Hind worked at another leading law firm.

While completing her Doctor of Law from the University of New Brunswick, Hind was the recipient of the Bryden Family Prize for highest ranking in administrative law, Allen M. Ruben, Q.C. Award for Humanitarian Leadership and the Christopher Hicks Scholarship in criminal law; she also graduated as valedictorian of her class.

    Cresco Labs Inc., in its $55 million "at-the-market" distribution of subordinate voting shares via short-form prospectus supplement.

    Parkland Corporation in connection with its private placement of USD$500-million aggregate principal amount of high-yield senior notes.

    Canadian Utilities Limited, in its public offering of $200 million of preferred shares and debentures.
