Janice has completed her second year of the J.D. program at the University of Toronto. Prior to law school, she obtained her Honours B.A. in English and Psychology from the University of Toronto. She previously worked as a law clerk at a boutique law firm in Toronto specializing in insolvency and commercial litigation.
At U of T Law, Janice conducts research for two professors in the areas of comparative constitutional law and immigration law. She is also a Co-Leader for the Indigenous Working Group at the David Asper Centre for Constitutional Rights and a Senior Editor for Critical Analysis of Law: An International and Interdisciplinary Law Review. In the fall, she will travel to Geneva to commence a semester abroad at the University of Geneva.
While at Osler, Janice will be rotating through Litigation, Employment and Labour, and Pensions and Benefits.
