Jean-Christophe is an associate in Osler’s Financial Services Group. His practice focuses on financial services and mergers and acquisitions. He works with lenders and borrowers in a wide range of debt financing transactions, including syndicated loans, acquisition financing and general corporate financing. He also advises buyers and sellers in local and international merger and acquisition transactions.
He received the Richard-Crépeau Entrance Scholarship, the Fournier Demers Bureau Borduas Scholarship for academic excellence in civil or corporate law, and the Burelle Scholarship for the most outstanding student in the municipal law course. Because of his excellent academic performance, he has also been on the Dean's List and on the Faculty of Law's Honour Roll throughout his university years.
During his academic career, Jean-Christophe also held research assistantships, primarily in the areas of finance, corporate governance and privacy. In addition, he has dabbled somewhat in teaching, holding teaching assistantships for the Documentary Research I course.
