Jordana is an associate in the Toronto office and a member of the Emerging and High Growth Companies Group. Jordana’s practice focuses on emerging companies, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity and general corporate matters.

Jordana joined the firm as a summer student in 2018 and completed her articles in both the Montreal and New York offices. She practiced as an associate in Montreal prior to transferring to the Toronto office.

Jordana obtained both civil and common law degrees from McGill University. Prior to law school, Jordana obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from McGill University with a Major in Psychology.
