Josh advises Canadian and international clients on a wide range of issues in employment and labour relations law, including employment standards, employment contracts, executive compensation, corporate transactions, grievance arbitrations and other labour disputes, human rights, workplace accommodations, occupational health and safety, and employee terminations. He has represented clients in a variety of judicial and administrative proceedings, including as co-counsel in wrongful dismissal litigation and labour arbitrations.
Josh joined the firm as a summer student in 2015 and articled at the firm from 2016 to 2017. During that time, Josh completed a secondment to General Motors of Canada, where he worked on a variety of labour and employment matters.
