Justine practices corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on corporate restructuring, insolvency, bankruptcy, secured transactions, and the enforcement of debtor and creditor rights.
Justine is a graduate of the J.D. program at the University of Toronto. During her legal studies, Justine competed in contract drafting and oral advocacy competitions and participated extensively with Pro Bono Students Canada.
Justine joined Osler as a summer student in 2014 and completed her articles with the firm in 2015-2016. Justine was previously seconded by Osler as a contract associate to Slaughter and May in London, United Kingdom.
Prior to commencing her legal career, Justine spent two years in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at a leading Canadian investment bank, where she gained significant experience in the evaluation of various transaction structures across industry verticals. Justine obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in finance and minor in accounting from McGill University in 2010.
