Karen is a member of the Litigation Group in Calgary and maintains a broad corporate and commercial litigation practice. Karen has experience working on a range of commercial litigation and arbitration matters, including complex contractual, construction, and energy disputes.
Karen joined the firm as a Summer Student in 2018 and is a graduate of the Juris Doctor program at the University of Alberta. During law school, she represented the University of Alberta at the 2019 Harold G. Fox Intellectual Property Moot and volunteered with Student Legal Services of Edmonton and the Edmonton Community Legal Centre. In her last semester of law school, Karen completed a semester abroad at Lund University in Sweden.
