Katie is an associate in Osler’s Financial Services group in the Toronto office. Her practice focuses on a wide range of commercial financings, including domestic and cross-border lending, structured financings, securitizations, and project financing.
After completing her Bachelor of Arts at Dalhousie University, Katie obtained her Juris Doctor from Queen’s University.
Prior to joining Osler, Katie worked in the legal department of a leading Canadian construction company. She joined Osler as a summer student in 2021 and returned to the firm for her articles in 2022, which included a secondment to a major Canadian bank.
