Kelly received her J.D. from the University of Victoria. Prior to law school, Kelly received a B.A. from McGill University in International Development and worked for the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia.
While studying law, Kelly acted as a research assistant and as a caseworker for the University of Victoria’s Environmental Law Centre and Business Law Clinic. She also completed a field course in Indigenous Law.
Prior to joining Osler, Kelly completed a clerkship with the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench.
