Kevin practices in the areas of corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, investment funds, blockchain and general corporate matters. In his corporate finance and securities practice, he regularly acts for issuers and for dealers on public offerings, private placements and listing transactions. He has acted for both acquirors and targets in private and public mergers and acquisitions transactions. He also has experience advising clients on various corporate governance matters, including stakeholder engagement, governance structure and documentation, and disclosure matters.

Kevin joined the firm as a summer student in 2015, completed his articles with the firm in 2016-2017 and returned as an associate in the corporate department in 2017.

Kevin completed his J.D. at Osgoode Hall Law School. Prior to law school, he obtained his Bachelor of Applied Science (With Distinction) in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
