Kojo is an associate in our Corporate Group. His practice focuses on advising both public and private companies in a variety of corporate and transactional matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, emerging companies and private equity transactions.
Prior to law school, Kojo worked as a consultant at a boutique consulting firm in Toronto. While in law school, Kojo served as an elected representative on Osgoode Hall Law School’s Student Caucus and acted as a Dean’s Fellow for first-year Constiutional Law. In his second year of law school, Kojo spent a semester working as a Legal Intern with the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights in Geneva, Switzerland. In his final year of law school, Kojo participated in an international exchange program with Queen Mary Univeristy of London, School of Law in London, England.
Kojo joined the firm as an articling student in 2018.
