Konstantin (Kosta) Starostin has a transactional practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, technology, corporate financing and general corporate matters. Kosta represents companies at all stages of growth and complexity and has extensive experience advising clients on matters related to corporate structuring, equity and debt financing, corporate governance, technology, mergers and acquisitions and securities law.

Prior to joining Osler, Kosta worked in the corporate group of a leading Canadian law firm, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing, technology and securities law.
