Laura is an associate in Osler’s Financial Services Group. Her practice encompasses a wide range of commercial transactions involving both borrowers and lenders on a variety of corporate and financing matters.
Laura graduated from the J.D. program at the University of Toronto Law School and obtained an Honors degree in Criminal Justice from Ryerson University, graduating on the Dean’s Honor List.
Prior to joining Osler, Laura worked in the corporate department of a large Bay Street full-service firm with a global presence.
