Lillian practices intellectual property law, with a focus on intellectual property litigation, primarily in the area of pharmaceutical patent litigation. Lillian has appeared as counsel before the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal.

Lillian received her law degrees from the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy after completing the Canadian & American Dual J.D. program. She obtained her Honours Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Victoria. While attending law school, Lillian served on the Students’ Law Society as the elected Dual J.D. Representative to Faculty Council and she represented Windsor Law at the Canadian intellectual property law moot, the Harold G. Fox Moot Competition.

Lillian joined the firm as a summer student in 2013 and completed her articles with the firm in 2014-2015. She returned to the firm as an associate in 2015.

    • Counsel to Teva Canada Limited in various patent matters including Novo Nordisk Canada Inc v Teva Canada et al. T-727-18 relating to liraglutide (VICTOZA ®).
