Lillian is an associate in Osler’s Intellectual Property Department. Her practice focuses on intellectual property litigation, primarily in the area of pharmaceutical patent litigation. Lillian has appeared as counsel before the Federal Court of Canada.
Lillian received her law degrees from the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy after completing the Canadian & American Dual J.D. program. She obtained her Honours Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Victoria. While attending law school, Lillian served on the Students’ Law Society as the elected Dual J.D. Representative to Faculty Council and she represented Windsor Law at the Canadian intellectual property law moot, the Harold G. Fox Moot Competition.
Lillian joined the ﬁrm as a summer student in 2013 and completed her articles with the ﬁrm in 2014-2015. She returned to the ﬁrm as an associate in 2015.
