Lillian practises intellectual property law with a focus on patent litigation. She joined the firm as a summer student in 2013 and completed her articles with the firm in 2014-2015. Lillian returned to the firm as an associate in 2015.
Lillian received her law degrees from the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy after completing the Canadian & American Dual J.D. program. She obtained her Honours Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Victoria. While attending law school, Lillian served on the Students’ Law Society as the elected Dual J.D. Representative to Faculty Council and she represented Windsor Law at the Canadian intellectual property law moot, the Harold G. Fox Moot Competition.
