Line has been in a management position with the firm for more than 20 years. She has held multiple positions over the years, including leading business development and managing the Montréal office. Her role now focuses primarily on the operations and management of the Montréal office. With more than 35 years of experience in the professional services marketing industry, including 31 years in the legal profession, Line is one of the leaders in her field in Canada.
Line is responsible for managing the Montréal office's administrative team of more than 65 legal assistants and administrative staff. In this capacity, she supports the operations of the office, the managing partner, managers, and all partners and legal professionals with their administrative needs.
In addition, Line was responsible for the implementation of the firm's francization program at its inception, and now chairs the francization committee. She is also very active at the national level in various programs related to the deployment of systems and the standardization of processes, as well as the training and coaching of several members in the administrative aspects of their function.
