Louis graduated from the University of Toronto with degrees in law and global affairs. At law school, he completed an internship with the Burma Lawyers’ Council in Mae Sot, Thailand and worked as a research assistant for Professor Jacob Ziegel. He was a competitor and then coach for the University of Toronto’s Gale Cup Moot team. He won the National Debating Championship in 2013 and the North American Debating Championship in 2014.
Prior to law school, Louis obtained his Honours Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University and completed internships with the Office of the Minister of Finance in Ottawa and at Unilever Canada in Toronto.
Last summer, Louis completed rotations in Litigation and in Osler’s New York office. He begins his articles this year with rotations in Litigation and in Banking & Financial Services.
