Lyndon has extensive experience in all types of commercial disputes, class actions, shareholder disputes, banking and insolvency matters.  He has been involved in a number of significant CCAA restructurings.  He acted as counsel to Bramalea Ltd. in its restructuring and subsequent liquidation, Cadillac Fairview in its restructuring, the Province of Ontario in the restructuring of Skydome Corporation, the T. Eaton Company in its restructuring and subsequent liquidation plan of arrangement, and PSINet Ltd. in its restructuring and liquidation. He was also counsel to AT&T Canada in its restructuring, to General Electric Capital Corporation in the Air Canada restructuring, and to US Steel in the Stelco restructuring.  He acted for General Motors and recently acted for Canwest Global in its CCAA restructuring.  Lyndon is currently acting for the Directors of Nortel.  He has also been successful in defending several major class actions, including class actions against Imperial Tobacco Canada Ltd. and Toronto Dominion Bank.
