Mihnea Horatiu is an associate in Osler’s Emerging and High Growth Companies practice in Toronto. His practice focuses on representing early and growth stage companies as well as a wide range of investors. Mihnea Horatiu advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and general corporate matters.
He holds a Juris Doctor from Queen’s University, Faculty of Law and an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto. While attending Queen’s University, Faculty of Law, Mihnea Horatiu obtained a number of awards for academic excellence, including the Queen’s Law Prize in Securities Regulation. Mihnea Horatiu also obtained a certificate in International Business Law from the Bader International Study Centre at Herstmonceux Castle in the United Kingdom.
Prior to joining Osler, Mihnea Horatiu was an associate at a leading regional law firm, where he obtained extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and major financing transactions in the renewable energy and real estate fields.
