Mani is an associate in our Litigation Group. Prior to joining Osler, she practiced at a prominent international law firm in New York City and articled as a judicial clerk at the Tax Court of Canada. Mani has experience with complex commercial disputes, tax litigation and class actions. She has also worked on a significant number of pro bono matters, where she has appeared before New York State and Federal courts in the United States.
Mani graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Civil Law degree and from Osgoode Hall Law School with a Common Law degree. Before law school, Mani completed her Bachelor of Arts and Science degree at McGill University and worked for a Member of Parliament on various initiatives, including a private member’s bill meant to combat domestic and international human trafficking. Mani speaks several languages including French, Hindi, and Sanskrit.
