Marah is an Associate Director of Osler Works – Transactional, a service that uses cutting-edge technology, streamlined processes and skilled legal professionals to support our deal teams and clients largely in the context of transactions. She oversees a team of lawyers and paralegals in providing due diligence and closing related services.

Marah is an experienced lawyer in the capital markets industry and is highly skilled in securities regulation, corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, compliance, continuous disclosure, private and public equity and debt offerings and corporate law. Prior to joining Osler Works, Marah worked as an associate in the Toronto office of a large national law firm, as well as at an international law firm where she was the lead lawyer of the firm’s Women in Capital Markets Partnership Program. Prior to her return to private practice, Marah served as legal counsel in the corporate finance branch of the Ontario Securities Commission for seven years. Marah obtained her Masters of Law (Securities) from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School and is currently a guest lecturer at Windsor Law School, Securities Regulation.
