Marc-William is an associate in the Montréal office and a member of the corporate group. His practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions and private equity with experience in cross border transactions, corporate reorganizations and restructuring. He has acted for both corporate and financial sponsor clients in both public and private company transactions and matters related thereto.

Before his legal studies, Marc-William worked in the financial services industry. He was also a violinist, having performed on the score of Sans Elle a Canadian film that won the 2006 Genie Award for best original score.

Prior to joining Osler, Marc-William was an associate at another leading corporate law firm.
