Martino is a partner in Osler’s Insolvency and Restructuring Group. He practices corporate and commercial law, focusing primarily in the areas of corporate restructurings, secured transactions, distressed acquisitions and divestitures, and the enforcement of debtor and creditor rights. He also has extensive expertise in representing debtor corporations, bondholders, senior lenders, purchasers, sponsors and court officers. Martino has acted on many of Canada’s most recent complex national and cross-border restructurings and recapitalization transactions, acting for clients both in Canada and abroad.

Martino also spent a number of years as in-house counsel at Target Canada prior to rejoining the firm in 2016, and is a contributing author to the LexisNexis Practice Advisor Canada Insolvency & Restructuring module.
