Marty is an associate in Osler’s Health Industry and Cannabis groups. His practice is focused on commercial and regulatory matters in the health and cannabis industries as well as other regulated industries. Marty has advised a wide range of health industry stakeholders including cannabis producers, digital health providers, health care associations, hospitals, long-term care and retirement home industry clients, medical device clients, natural health product clients, not-for-profits, pharmaceutical clients, pharmacies, private health clinics and registered charities.
Before attending law school, Marty worked for GE Healthcare in marketing and strategy roles for 3 years. He obtained his MBA at Queen’s University and Bachelor of Science at the University of Toronto. He also worked at the University Health Network (UHN) conducting regenerative cardiology research.
