Matthew is an associate in Osler’s Financial Services Group, where he is developing a broad commercial lending and debt financing practice. Matthew has experience acting for borrowers and lenders on a wide range of debt financing transactions, including acquisition financings, syndicated facilities, general corporate financings, cross-border transactions, and tech financings. Additionally, he also has experience with purchase and servicing agreements in connection with financing receivables.
Matthew obtained his law degree from the University of British Columbia, where he also completed the Business Law Concentration and completed a corporate counsel externship with a large energy transmission and utility company.
