Mélanie is a corporate Paralegal and has been specializing in various areas of business law since 1999. She assists the lawyers with the preparation of documents relating to incorporations, organizations, amendments, continuances, amalgamations, dissolutions, share provisions, roll-overs, estate freezes and various other share transactions. In addition, she assist the lawyers with the preparation of closing documents in various corporate transactions involving, among other things, mergers, acquisitions and fiscal and commercial reorganizations. She also conducts minute book reviews, particularly to identify deficiencies and prepare remedial materials. Melanie joined Osler’s Corporate Group in 2015.
