Michael has completed his third year of the joint JD/MBA degree at the University of Toronto.

While at the faculty of law, he was an executive at the University of Toronto Law peer mentor program, a member of the Digital Verification Corps program in partnership with Amnesty International, and worked with Downtown Legal Services at the Landlord and Tenant Board. During his MBA studies, Michael was a finalist in multiple finance case competitions, with his team winning an international stock picking competition, and worked with a medical technology start-up through U of T’s Creative Destruction Lab.

In addition to his studies, Michael worked as a summer associate at O’Leary Ventures. Prior to law school, Michael founded and ran a small business focused on distribution and supply chain management.
