Naomi will be entering her third year of the JD program at the University of Toronto Faculty of law in the fall. Prior to law school she obtained her Master’s in Modern and Contemporary English Literature from the University of Cambridge, and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in English Literature and Physics from Queen’s University.
During her time in law school, Naomi has worked as a division leader and caseworker with the Academic Appeals and Employment Division of Downtown Legal Services, a legal aid clinic, representing clients at a variety of administrative tribunals. She has also worked with the Canadian Civil Liberties Association, completing research on constitutional issues. Outside of the law school, she sits on the Graduate Student Advisory Committee for the University of Toronto, assisting in developing new programs and initiatives for students.
