Nicole is a partner in the Real Estate Group at the Montréal office. She was part of the team in place when this office opened in 2001. Nicole has been practising in the field of real estate for over 30 years, and has acquired extensive experience with respect to the sale, acquisition and financing of commercial buildings, as well as the establishment of real estate investment vehicles. Nicole is also involved in analyzing the validity of securities in connection with restructuring matters.

Her clients operate in a wide range of sectors such as retail, shopping centres, and residential, industrial and office buildings.

Nicole has taken part in a number of mandates concerning the creation and establishment of investment funds, as well as the various investments made by them.

    • Complexe St-Charles SENC in the financing of Complexe St Charles in Longueuil, Quebec, for $37,000,000.
    • Chemtrade Logistics Income Fund in connection with the sale of its Montreal East sulphur removal and compliance services business to Suncor Energy Products Inc. for $120 million, expected to close in June.
    • Homburg Canada Real Estate Investment in connection with its $160 million initial public offering and listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
