Noemi provides practical and results-oriented advice to employers in all areas of employment and labour law, including pre-employment and hiring issues, employment standards, human rights, privacy, misclassification and wrongful dismissal.

A significant portion of Noemi’s practice is devoted to advising on the employment and labour aspects of complex, often cross-border, corporate transactions as well as negotiating contractual agreements on behalf of employers, including executive employment and consulting agreements, restrictive covenant agreements and termination arrangements for departing employees. Noemi also represents employers in all types of employment-related disputes, including wrongful dismissal actions and human rights applications.

Prior to joining Osler, Noemi practiced employment and labour law in Toronto at another leading Canadian law firm, following her return from U.S. practice in Los Angeles at a leading international U.S.-based law firm.
