Bukola is an associate in the Corporate Group of our Calgary office. She practices corporate and commercial law with a focus on energy transactions, mergers and acquisitions, energy contracts, and construction development.
Bukola completed her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Nigeria and was called to the Nigerian bar in 2017. She has an LLM in Natural Resources, Energy and Environmental Law from the University of Calgary and an LLM in Common Law from the University of British Columbia.
Before joining Osler, Bukola interned at the corporate finance department of the British Columbia Securities Commission, and previously practiced as a corporate law associate at a leading Nigerian law firm.
