Peter is an associate in Calgary’s Corporate group where he focuses on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.

Peter completed his J.D. at the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University. While at Schulich, Peter was the recipient of the Alistair Fraser Award for highest standing in The Legal Profession and Professional Responsibility. Peter previously completed his Bachelor of Commerce degree at Dalhousie University, graduating with distinction.

Prior to joining Osler, Peter practiced with a leading law firm in Atlantic Canada.
