Philip is an associate in Osler’s Corporate group. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities and general corporate matters. Philip received his J.D. from the University of Ottawa, where he graduated cum laude. He obtained his M.A. and B.A. (Honours) in political science at the University of Western Ontario where he graduated on the Dean’s Honour List, and with distinction. Philip also holds a B.A. in philosophy from McGill University.
Before law school, Philip worked at Kraft Heinz, where he managed corporate and government affairs for Kraft Heinz Canada.
Philip joined the firm as a summer student in 2020 and completed his articles with the firm in 2022.
