Reema has completed the second year of the JD/MA International Affairs program, at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law. During law school, Reema completed the Hennick Business Law Fellowship at a boutique business and technology law firm. She was also a Research Assistant to Professor Michael Geist, Chair of Internet and E-commerce Law. Reema also completed a term as a Trade Policy Officer at Global Affairs Canada, assisting with the negotiation of an international trade agreement. In her final year of studies, Reema has been selected as a Dean’s Legal Research and Writing Fellow.
Before law school, Reema was a Policy Analyst at the Privy Council Office in Ottawa and a Research and Advocacy Intern at the United Nations Security Council in New York City. She was also on the Carleton Varsity Tennis Team.
