Rianna has earned a BCom from McGill University and has worked in banking and in retail. She has participated in mock arbitrations, mock negotiations, and collective bargaining simulations in her Labour Management Relations/Human Resources concentration at McGill and has worked in the HR department of a major Canadian fashion headquarters. She also worked as an Associate Editor for the UBC Law Review.
