Riley is an associate in Osler’s Emerging and High Growth Companies practice group. He advises clients on corporate matters with an emphasis on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. Riley advises public and private companies on a wide range of issues including incorporation, share and asset sales, debt and equity financing, private placements, going public transactions, public offerings, continuous disclosure, corporate reorganizations and general corporate law matters.

Prior to joining Osler, Riley was an associate at another major Canadian law firm.
