Sagar is an associate in Osler's Emerging & High Growth Companies group in Vancouver. In his practice, Sagar works alongside talented members of the Osler team in advising clients through, and executing on, all stages of a corporation’s lifecycle, including incorporation, corporate governance, employee stock options, venture capital and angel investor financings, asset sales, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate and commercial law issues.

Sagar is passionate about the start-up and technology environment in Vancouver and currently serves as the Strategy Director for Vancouver Startup Week.
