Sam is an associate in Osler’s Construction, Infrastructure and Energy Group. His practice includes providing project finance, transactional, commercial and regulatory services for a broad range of projects. Sam has worked on a variety of complex matters involving the financings of major renewable energy projects and public-private partnerships.  

Sam obtained his J.D. at Dalhousie University and his B.Sc. from the University of Toronto. At the University of Toronto, Sam competed on the varsity baseball and rowing teams. Sam brings his background in sport into his practice through a focus on teamwork and collaboration.  

Sam joined Osler as a summer student in 2020 and completed his articles with the firm in 2021-2022.
