Samantha is building a practice in corporate finance, asset financing, banking and corporate law. She represents various types of lenders (banks, financial institutions, and others) as well as borrowers with respect to the implementation of credit facilities (including secured financings and syndicated loans) in national and cross-border transactions. Since she joined the firm as a summer student in 2018, she has effectively assisted Osler’s banking and financial services group thanks to her thorough work and dynamic mindset. Prior to obtaining her LL.B. from Université de Montréal in 2018, Samantha completed a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies with a specialization in international law and also had the opportunity to work in Geneva as a legal intern.
