Sarah joined Osler’s corporate law group in 2018 as an associate. Sarah practices in corporate law, with an emphasis on private equity/venture capital fund formations and financings, emerging companies, private mergers and acquisitions and pension fund investments. Prior to joining Osler, Sarah also worked for the Canadian Embassy in Paris and interned at an international business law firm in Guangzhou, China.

Sarah obtained her LL.B. from the Université de Montréal in 2016.  Prior to studying law, Sarah graduated with distinction from McGill University with a B.A. majoring in Political Science. Sarah also completed a semester abroad at the University of Copenhagen and obtained a Certificate in Chinese Law from the China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing.
