Sarah is a general civil and commercial litigator in the Litigation Group, with significant experience in class actions, product liability, competition, franchise and privacy law. She has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario and British Columbia and in an application for leave to appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada. Sarah is an editor of Osler’s Class Action Blog.

Sarah also maintains a practice in health law and has appeared before the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board, Hospital Board hearings and Medical Advisory Committee meetings as well as various levels of court for public health care clients.

Sarah graduated with honours from the J.D. program at the University of Toronto. Sarah joined the firm as a summer student in 2014 and articled at the firm from 2015 to 2016. She returned to the firm as an associate in 2016.
