Sarah recently completed her second year in the J.D. program at UBC. She graduated from Princeton University in 2013 with a B.A. in Politics and a minor in Contemporary European Politics & Society. Sarah also spent two years studying in an intensive Mandarin language program at Tsinghua University.

Prior to law school, Sarah worked on the healthcare team at a boutique government relations consulting firm in Beijing, China. In that role, she advised multinational pharmaceutical companies and pharmaceutical trade associations on their local Chinese advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and market access strategies.

At UBC, Sarah has volunteered with the UBC Law Review and the UBC Law Students’ Legal Advice Program, and has worked as a Research Assistant for Professors Jie Cheng and Camden Hutchison. She also represented UBC at the Harold G. Fox Intellectual Property Moot.

This summer, Sarah will be working with Osler’s Banking & Financial Services and Corporate groups.
