Sean practices corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on corporate restructuring, insolvency, bankruptcy, secured transactions, and the enforcement of debtor and creditor rights. In his practice, Sean regularly advises debtor corporations, court officers, lenders, and a variety of stakeholders in complex commercial matters.

Sean obtained his law degree from the University of Ottawa, where he graduated cum laude and was named to the Dean’s Honour List in each year of study. While at the University of Ottawa, Sean received the Torys LLP Writing Award for research and writing excellence and the Professor Vern Krishna Scholarship for high academic standing and a demonstrated interest in business law.

Sean joined Osler as a summer student and completed his articles with the firm in 2015-2016. Prior to law, Sean obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a Major in Finance from McGill University and worked as a management consultant for a major international professional services firm.

    • KSV Advisory Inc. in its capacity as liquidator of LWP Capital Inc. (formerly Legumex Walker Inc.) in liquidation proceedings under Section 211 of the Canada Business Corporations Act
