Sean practices corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on corporate restructuring, distressed acquisitions and divestitures, insolvency, bankruptcy, secured transactions, and the enforcement of debtor and creditor rights. In his practice, Sean regularly advises debtor corporations, court officers, lenders, purchasers, and a variety of stakeholders in complex commercial matters.

Sean joined Osler as a summer student and completed his articles with the firm in 2015-2016. Prior to law, Sean worked as a management consultant for a major international professional services firm.
