Shahrouz is an associate in our emerging and high growth companies group. His practice focuses on the representation of companies at all growth stages, as well as the venture capital firms, growth equity and private equity funds that finance them and the strategic acquirers who buy them. Shahrouz frequently advises clients on matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, corporate finance, and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Osler, Shahrouz was an associate at another leading corporate law firm. In his pre-legal career, Shahrouz worked in leadership and management roles for several early/growth stage companies and also for several of Canada’s largest corporations.
