Shelley is Chair of the Research Law Department. Her practice focuses on legal research as an expert service to resolve complicated, critical legal issues in all practice areas. This requires her to be fully current and knowledgeable on recent developments in a multitude of business law areas. Shelley assists in structuring major transactions, prepares legal arguments for significant litigation and is consulted regarding difficult legal and opinion issues. She has extensive experience advising clients on a range of legal issues. Shelley has been involved in major transactions and litigation files, including mergers and acquisitions, financings and insolvency proceedings.
